Located at the WEST end of Hamlin Trash Compactors: Only put household garbage in the compactors. Bulk trash, construction debris, appliances, etc. are NOT permitted. Do NOT push the red button unless you have fallen inside the compactor!!!! Recycling Containers: only cardboard, aluminum and plastic. Leaving anything outside of the compactors is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and if caught, you will be fined by the office. THERE IS NO BULK ITEM REMOVAL

Many of our residents provide services for a fee: Power washing, house cleaning, home watch, airport runs, yard work, pet grooming, hair cuts, massage, nails, etc. Currently those providers advertise their services at the activities office and on the community FB pages.
